Doug Sciberras' 1974 Trans Am SD-455
The ride is a 1974 Pontiac Trans-Am which Doug purchased new from Red Holman Pontiac in Westland,
Michigan. It's powered by the SD-455 engine with a Borg-Warner Super T-10 close ratio 4 speed
trans. He ordered it in March of 1974 and took delivery 4 months later in July after being told
he probably wouldn't get it. PMD dropped the program and all orders would probably be
canceled. Luckily, that didn't happen.
